On the top of Fulhorn, 2677m, August 1999

To prepare for our Allalin/Alphubel climb we went on an easy hike of Glishorn (2525m), Fulhorn (2677m), and Spitzhorli (2726m). On this occasion we drove to Simplonpass (2005m) and left the car there. After a long approach to Glishorn through some very scenic valleys we took the beautiful ridge that connects Glishorn to Spitzhorli via a middle summit called Fulhorn. The hike was easy and mountain views worth the effort.
